Hotel Duomo - Siena

Charming historic ambiance and beautiful views from the room.

It was anything but a proper queen size. Adding to the frustration, I encountered an unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink, which clearly indicated a maintenance issue. To top it off, I relied on the hotel for assistance with a taxi after a late arrival. Instead, I was left waiting aimlessly in the dark, unacceptable.

Incredibly nice breakfast, delightful double room. A great selection of supplies in the room: a minibar and a hair dryer.

Nice food, lovely and informative stuff at the reception desk. Delightful and terrific units with a fabulous view over Siena and fresh plaster. Brilliant, marvellous location close to everything except the bus station. Short walk to the centre of the old town, the Piazza del Campo and the other attractions.

There was no WiFi connection.

Amazing views from the room by the Duomo.

Great central location near major attractions such as the cathedral. The room offered a lovely view across the edge of town. Strong wifi and working air conditioning.

The hotel felt a bit old and tired, with maintenance issues like a stinky bathroom sink and uncomfortable mattress.

The location in Siena was perfect. Just a few blocks from the major sites. The staff were great. We stayed in a quad room that had two walls of windows with spectacular view of the Duomo and small areas for our children.

No lift to top floor rooms. Parking was a hassle because of hotel location, but much of Siena has this issue.

No fuss, relaxed and helpful

Location: the hotel was next to the centre of the old town, many restaurants and the Duomo in Siena. We ordered lunch at Osteria di Castelvecchio, located a few steps away from the venue. The breakfast was exceptionally nice with view of Duomo; and the staff was very obliging.

Location was a big consideration when choosing this hotel. You walk right out and are around the corner from the Duomo.

Reception area and common area appeared modern then upon entering the corridor and room it was obvious that the hotel has seen better days. The carpet in the hallways and room interior furnishing needed updating.

Positive, The location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the famous cathedral. My room had a amazing view and was super clean. The staff were really helpful with parking tips. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from 🌞

The location was perfect. The receptioninst ordered a taxi to the station and it came exactly till we pay the bill, so we did not have to wait for it at all. The breakfast was good. We requested quiet room and we got one, so this was perfect.

The corridor and the furniture was a little bit old, but compared to the pluses it did not matter.

Really good Stay with Fine Views

Fabulous location close to the Duomo made exploring easy! The charming terrace offered amazing views, a perfect spot for morning coffee. Staff, especially Tony, provided fantastic service.

2nd time staying here! loved it both times. amazing service from the people at the front desk, simple clean room with awesome views and a perfect location. It is an easy 5 min walk to piazza il campo and the duomo. hotel staff took my car and parked it, so easy. Good Breakfast and the AC works too!!! Will be staying here again! thank you for all the help with the baby.

bed is hard but that is italy for you :)

The hotel maneger was very friendly. He help me to make some travel arranjaments.
