Charming historic ambiance and beautiful views from the room.

My stay was fraught with issues, starting with the misleading queen bed claim. it was anything but a proper queen size. Adding to the frustration, I encountered an unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink, which clearly indicated a maintenance issue. To top it off, I relied on the hotel for assistance with a taxi after a late arrival.

Great central location near major attractions such as the cathedral. The room offered a lovely view across the edge of town. Strong wifi and working air conditioning.

Fabulous location close to the Duomo made exploring easy! The charming terrace offered breathtaking views, a perfect spot for morning coffee. Staff, especially Tony, provided fantastic service, making our stay memorable. Pro tip, be prepared for stairs as the lift only reaches the first floor.

However, accessing the hotel can be a bit of a challenge due to its uphill position from the main station, which may be daunting with luggage. Additionally, the rooms felt somewhat dated and lacking in modern views, which might not suit everyone’s taste. Despite this, cleanliness was spot on, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Had a great time with friends, exploring the Cathedral and the Museum of the Opera Metropolitana. The room was spacious, and the views were absolutely stunning. The breakfast was solid and the staff very friendly, especially Tony who made us feel welcome. The place really captures the local vibe with its decor.

The only downside was the elevator situation. It only goes up, so you have to take the stairs down which can be a hassle, especially with luggage.

Just an ideal choice for a city holiday in Siena with fantastic value for money. The room was quite large and comfortable, accommodating three beds with ease. Make sure to get bus tickets beforehand to avoid extra costs.

Hotel Duomo is the perfect base for exploring Siena! The location near the Duomo and Piazza del Campo is unbeatable. The breakfast is generous with plenty of options, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful with local recommendations and made our stay even better.
